Glentrool hosts Biosphere talks

Glentrool, a village located near to the centre of the Biosphere, is running a series of free talks on the theme of Take a closer look…. and Crystal Maw, RSPB site manager will be give the first on 22nd April at 2.00pm by introducing some of the RSPB Reserves in the Biosphere.

The talks will be taking place at Glentrool Community Centre, in the centre of the village, over the next six months. Future topics include pine martins, geology, squirrels, dry stone walls and the history of Galloway villages and towns and will be featured on the Biosphere website.
