Business in the Biosphere?

The Biosphere Certification Mark is awarded to businesses demonstrating high standards of environmental and sustainable development within the Galloway and Southern Ayrshire UNESCO Biosphere.

Five businesses have recently been successful in applying to use the Certification Mark which now makes 16 businesses in total who are officially recognised and can use the Certification Mark on the labelling of goods and in connection with their business.

Next round application deadline is 31st October 2019

• Provider of activity, educational or cultural services?
• Restaurant or cafe?
• Primary or secondary goods producer (animal, fish, fruit. vegetables, plant, wood)?
• Crafts person? Photographer?.
